This text applies when a visitor contacts Limited Liability Company “Our Children – Our School” through the form on oc-children.com. Before sending, the visitor gives consent by a separate, initially unchecked box. Declining consent does not prevent use of the published phone, postal or email contacts.

2. Purpose and data
I consent to processing the name, email address, subject and message that I enter in the contact form, together with any other information I voluntarily include, solely to receive and consider my enquiry, reply to it and prepare information about services I request. I will not include health information or other special categories of data. If my message contains a child’s personal data, I confirm that I am the child’s legal representative and provide only what is necessary.
3. Processing operations
Consent covers collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use for a reply, disclosure to authorised staff and service providers, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated and non-automated means. It does not authorise publication, marketing messages or disclosure to an unrestricted audience.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until the purpose of the enquiry is fulfilled or until I withdraw it, unless another lawful basis requires longer processing. I can withdraw consent or request that processing stop by writing to oc-children@yandex.ru or the postal address above. Following withdrawal, the Controller stops processing and deletes the data within the period required by law, unless another lawful basis for retention applies.
5. Confirmation
By selecting the separate consent box and sending the form, I confirm that I have read this text and the Privacy Policy, understand the purpose, data and conditions of processing, and give consent freely, specifically, on an informed basis and unambiguously.
