1. Controller and scope
Limited Liability Company “Our Children – Our School” (ООО «Наши дети – наша школа»), INN 7718607806, OGRN 1067758223840, address: 1 Novatorov Street, Moscow 119421, Russia (the “Controller”), processes personal data of visitors to oc-children.com under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”. Questions, requests and withdrawal of consent may be sent to oc-children@yandex.ru or to the postal address above.
2. Data and purposes
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject, message and any information you voluntarily include. We use it to receive and consider your enquiry, reply to you and prepare information about services you requested or a contract at your initiative.
Technical operation of the site may involve your IP address, browser and device information, time of request, requested page and essential cookies. These are used to operate and secure the site and diagnose faults. Yandex Metrica, LiveInternet and Google Analytics are currently disabled.
Please do not include health information, other special categories of data or a child’s personal data unless necessary. If your enquiry concerns a child, provide such data only as the child’s legal representative and only to the extent necessary.
3. Legal grounds and processing
Depending on the purpose, processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(1) of Law No. 152-FZ), steps toward or performance of a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(5)), or a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(2)), where applicable. The Controller may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, disclose to authorised service providers, restrict, delete and destroy data, by automated and non-automated means. Consent to send an enquiry does not permit publication of your data or disclosure to an unrestricted audience.
4. Retention, transfers and security
Enquiry data is kept until the purpose is fulfilled, consent is withdrawn or another lawful need ends. Records subject to mandatory retention remain for the period required by law, then are deleted or destroyed. Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers. The Controller applies organisational and technical measures against unauthorised access.
Cross-border transfers, where they arise, are subject to Article 12 of Law No. 152-FZ, including prior notice to Roskomnadzor where required. Foreign analytics services remain disabled. Embedded Google and Yandex maps and Google Fonts require a separate assessment of these transfer rules.
5. Cookies and external resources
Essential cookies support the interface and sign-in. Optional analytics is disabled. The “OK” button in the cookie notice only acknowledges that notice; it does not enable analytics. See the cookie notice for details.
External maps and Google Fonts are blocked by default. On a contact page you can choose “Load maps” separately. The choice is stored for 30 days in the oc_external_maps cookie and can be withdrawn on the contact page. After choosing, the browser loads Google Maps, Yandex Maps and external fonts and may disclose your IP address, browser and page information to those services. They may use their own cookies; Google may receive data outside Russia. Postal addresses and phone numbers remain available as text without loading maps.
6. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion where legally justified, withdraw consent, demand that processing stop, or complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Send a request to oc-children@yandex.ru or the postal address above. To protect your data, the Controller may ask for information needed to verify your identity and connection to the enquiry.
7. Changes
The current policy is available on this page. The Controller updates it and its revision date when processing changes.
